Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Digitization Solutions Manager to lead our imaging processing and digitization team. As a key member of our organization, you'll manage processes, people and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in imaging technology, team leadership and customer management will drive business growth and excellence.
Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, recruit, train and develop a team of imaging and digitization professionals.
- Foster a positive work environment, maintaining morale and scaling the team as needed.
Project Management
- Coordinate historical data conversion and ingestion into standardized schemas.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful project completion.
Technical Expertise
- Provide technical support, mentoring and training to the imaging team.
- Evaluate and maintain hardware and software tools for imaging projects.
- Identify and implement replacement technologies for improvement.
Business Development
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Analyze problems, determine root causes and implement solutions.
Quality and Compliance
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards.
- Ensure regulatory requirements and organizational expectations are met.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate imaging asset management, risk assessments and decision-making processes.
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of imaging processing/digitization experience.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Industry experience in insurance and customer management (highly preferred).
Skills
- Strong technical expertise in imaging technology and workflow.
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
- Experience with quality control, regulatory compliance and customer relationship management.
